Sunak Admits Defeat

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak admitted that his party lost the national election on Friday. He congratulated the opposition Labour Party and its leader, Sir Keir Starmer, on their win. Sunak said that the transfer of power will be peaceful and organized, showing the stability of the country.

The Conservatives, Sunak's party, had a terrible performance, winning only 70 seats, and were predicted to have their worst result ever. Voters were unhappy with the cost of living crisis, poor public services, and scandals.

Sir Keir Starmer, after winning his seat in London, said that people want change and are ready to end the politics of showmanship and return to genuine public service. He promised that the change starts now and it is time to deliver on their promises.
